Korean Kickboxing combines two well-known martial arts styles, Muay Thai and Taekwon-Do. It brings together the footwork and kicking techniques of Taekwon-Do with the strikes and defensive movements found in Muay Thai. The result is a fast and energetic martial art that is challenging, practical and enjoyable to train in.
