Through regular training based on at least two sessions per week students initially improve and develop personal fitness levels and flexibility, combined with co-ordination, body balance, agility, strength, speed, and stamina.

Self discipline, respect, concentration and the motivation to progress towards achieving goals instils both self confidence and self esteem in a student’s personal development within this dynamic self defence system. Our programme, which has been developed and perfected over 40 years, guides the student through the structured syllabus within a safe, positive environment in which all ages and ability levels can progress at their own pace.

When not in lockdown come along to to learn Taekwon-Do Martial Arts at either Reading, Henley or Wokingham classes throughout Berkshire.
